Yes, you will find there is really no drama here. It just isn't tolerated and people that have tried have been shown the door rather quickly.

I always tell people, when I tell them about this place, feel free to discuss anything you want. Also feel free to disagree with anyone's opinion and assume at some point someone will disagree with yours. Just do so in a mature, civil manner like a adults we are.Welcome and enjoy. i won lol.. they got their lawyer involved (the firm represents just about EVERY HOA in AZ and other states) after i went to the news, to save face and spin it so I found a lawyer who was savvy in HOA law to go pro bono. He fired off a letter, showed up to a meeting and the HOA just never did anything. No letter, no apology, its like nother ever happened. AZ soon passed a law recognizing the flag as a "protected " flag under state law in 2011.
