Contacted a company that infuses ink/dye into polymers. Worked out some cool new Kydex. I sent them blank sheets with the image areas marked...this is what i got back

I just finished some really cool projects....

I "think" pretty well. It is not an overlay...it is actually embedded into the material. It will scrape/scratch as normal. Put the dye is fairly deep. Curious to see this myself, he has done a ton of pmags (http://www.abreoncustom.com/) so i guess it should wear similar. I will keep everyone posted

As of right now...a little spendy but i am working on that. He has a catalog of images and needs to get me a unit price on those. Now i just need to eliminate/reduce the "set up" costs associated with it
