Pepperoncini Crock Pot Beef

This stuff is great.  Had it for the first time a couple of days ago and can't wait for the leftovers tonight.

 

1. Chuck roast or whatever kind of cheap slab of beef you can find.
 
2. Packet of brown gravy mix
 
3. Packet of Italian seasoning mix
 
4. 16oz of pepperoncini and it's juice
 
Put in crock pot. Turn on low. Eat when done.
